375 gr unbleached flour
130 gr wheat flour
120 gr nonfat milk powder
300 ml warm water
435 deg
100 deg for rapid rise
16 ml molasses
1 package yeast
3 gr coarse salt
2 gr table
1/4 ascorbic acid crystals
16 ml vegetable oil
1 egg
120 ml warm water with molasses
250 gr unbleached flour along with
120 ml more of the warm water
60 ml water with last four ingredients
9 bread
425 de oven
Instructions
additional 25 min. Allow to cool before slicing. ----
