Corn-chilies-cheese Bread

Ingredients

1 package yeast
55 gr cheddar cheese
375 gr bread flour
90 gr cornmeal
75 gr kernel
3 gr chilies
1 egg
5 gr butter
1 gr salt
8 gr sugar
300 ml warm water

Instructions

Place all ingredients into the pan, in the order listed. Select white bread, and press "Start". NOTE: Unless otherwise noted all ingredients should be at room temperature. This can be mixed on manual of the bread machine. After Second kneading, remove dough from machine, divide into to equal portions and place in small loaf pans. Cover and let rise to double, about 45 min to 1 hour. Bake at 180ÂșC . for 35-40 min.
