Corn Bread

Ingredients

250 gr cornmeal
1 gr salt
2 gr baking soda
9 gr baking powder
14 gr sugar
1 egg
16 ml vegetable oil
240 ml buttermilk

Instructions

Combine the cornmeal, salt, baking soda and baking powder in a bowl. Mix well. Pour into a lightly oiled 20 cm-square baking pan. Bake in a 200ÂșC oven for 20 to 25 minutes.
