Corn Casserole

Ingredients

1 package kernel corn
1 package cream style corn
110 gr butter
2 eggs
230 ml sour cream
1 jiffy corn muffin mix
110 gr cheddar cheese

Instructions

Grease 9x9 pan. Mix all ingredients together. Fill pan and smooth outmixture. Bake 45 minutes to 1 hour at 180ÂșC and serve.

If topping with cheese, bake for 40 minutes, sprinkle cheddar cheese on top and then bake another 20 minutes.
