Corn Pancakes

Ingredients

some black pepper
240 ml buttermilk
30 ml corn oil
60 gr cornmeal
65 gr all purpose flour
5 gr baking powder
1 gr baking soda
1 gr salt
34 gr bell pepper
180 gr pa corn kernels
2 eggs
1 slice scallion
230 gr black pepper
1 gr sal
1 combine the bell pepper
1 right before you begin to make the pancakes
1/4 batter onto the griddle
1 serve with ham steaks
