Corn Rye

Ingredients

1 onion coarsely
250 gr rye flour
425 ml warm water
1 package yeast
8 gr caraway seeds
2 rye sour
60 ml water
1/2 packages dry yeast
4 gr salt
250 gr bread flour
1/2 egg
2 starter in the just what we need
32 gr more flour if needed to get the dough ball to the right consistency
60 ml water should be added

Instructions

before baking slash the top and brush with the egg beaten with 1 tbs of water and sprinkle with caraway seeds. ~-
