Cornell Bread

Ingredients

1 package yeast
375 gr bread flour
8 gr soy flour
16 gr nonfat dry milk powder
8 gr wheat germ
3 gr salt
10 ml honey
9 gr butter
1 egg
10 ml warm water

Instructions

Add all ingredients in the order listed, select white bread, and press "Start". NOTE: Unless otherwise noted all ingredients should be at room temperature. This can be mixed on manual of the bread machine. After Second kneading, remove dough from machine, divide into to equal portions and place in small loaf pans. Cover and let rise to double, about 45 min to 1 hour. Bake at 180ÂșC . for 35-40 min.
