Cornmeal Sally Lunn

Ingredients

250 gr cornmeal
5 gr baking soda
1 gr salt
300 ml buttermilk
230 ml sour cream

Instructions

Combine cornmeal, baking soda and salt; add buttermilk and sour cream, mixing well. Pour batter into a well-greased 23 cm pie plate. Bake at 180ÂșC or 40 minutes or until lightly browned.
