Cottage Cheese Pie

Ingredients

250 gr cottage cheese
150 gr sugar
1 package egg custard mix
9 gr vanilla
180 ml milk
1 pie pastry shell
2 egg yolks
1 gr salt
1 ml lemon juice
45 gr butter
2 egg whites

Instructions

Blend together the cottage cheese, egg yolks, sugar and salt. Add the next five ingredients, beating them in. Lastly fold in the egg whites. Pour into pie shell and bake at 160ºC for 30 minutes.
