Cottage Cheese Vegetable Casserole

Ingredients

130 gr thinly carrots
60 gr onion
14 gr calorie margarine
45 gr mushrooms
230 gr noodles
250 gr low-fat cottage cheese
120 ml skim milk
1 gr salt
1 gr basil
1 gr thyme
1 gr pepper

Instructions

Parsley sprigs (opt.) Yield dozen servings half C ea. Each serving may be exchanged for: 1 Bread, 1 Low-Fat Meat Combine carrots, onion and margarine in non-stick skillet; cook on medium heat until tender. Add mushrooms and cook 5 minutes; set aside Combine remaining ingredients, except parsley, in large bowl; stir in cooked vegetables. Turn mixture into nonstick 2 litre casserole.
