Countdown Casserole

Ingredients

120 gr pasteurized process cheese spread
180 ml milk
450 gr cubed roast beef
270 gr vegetable combination see note
600 gr hash brown potatoes
40 gr frenchs french onions
1 gr seasoned salt
1 gr black pepper
55 gr cheddar cheese

Instructions

*Broccoli, corn & red pepper.

Heat oven to 190ºC . Spoon cheese spread into 8x12 baking dish; place in oven just until cheese melts, about 5 min. Using ford, stir milk into melted cheese until well blended. Stir in beef, vegetables, potatoes, � can French fried onions and the seasonings. Bake, covered at 375� 30 minutes or until heated through. Top with Cheddar Cheese; sprinkle remaining onions down center. Bake, uncovered, 3 min. or until onions are golden brown.
