Country Oat Cake

Ingredients

1 package spice cake mix
300 gr quaker oats
230 ml low fat yogurt
3 eggs
180 gr egg substitute
60 ml vegetable oil
60 ml water
200 gr apple
110 gr brown sugar
55 gr margarine
1 gr cinnamon

Instructions

Whipped cream (optional) Heat oven to 180ÂșC . Grease and flour 13 x 23 cm baking pan. For cake, combine first six ingredients. Blend on low speed of electric mixer until moistened; mix at medium speed 2 minutes. Stir in apple. Pour into prepared pan. For topping, combine oats, brown sugar, margarine and cinnamon; mix well. Sprinkle evenly over batter. Bake 40 to 45 minutes or until wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean. Serve with whipped cream, if desired.
