Court Bouillon
Ingredients
950 ml water
1 onion
1/2 slices lemon
1 celery stalk leaves
2 parsley stalks
4 gr salt
6 peppercorns
1/2 bayleaf
Instructions
Combine all ingredients and simmer 15 minutes. Add white wine up to 1 litre if desired. Simmer 30 minutes if used.
