Ingredients

3 lamb shanks
4 onions thinly
300 gr tomatoes
20 sprigs parsley washed
10 sprigs cilantro washed
1,400 ml water up
8 spanish saffron threads
3 gr ginger
4 carrots sticks
4 turnips quartered
475 gr pumpkin
1 head cabbage
4 zucchini unpeeled
300 gr instant couscous
55 gr butter
60 gr raisins plumped in warm
1 package meanwhile
