Crab Cakes, Tuna Cakes

Ingredients

110 gr crab meat
1 water-packed tuna
6 crackers
34 gr bell pepper
3 gr parsley
1 gr pepper
12 gr onions
1 smilin egg
10 gr calorie
7 ml lemon juice
5 ml worcestershire sauce
1 garlic
2 teasp basi
1 gr marjoram

Instructions

Preheat oven to 190ÂșC Spray nonstick baking sheet with vegetable coating spray. In large bowl, gently mix all ingredients, being careful not to break up lumps of crab meat. Using a scant quarter cup mixture for each, make 6 cakes. Shape mixture into circle, pressing flat. Place on prepared baking sheet. Bake 20 to 25 minutes or until golden brown.
