Crab Cakes With Cilantro Butter

Ingredients

some salt and pepper
120 ml olive oil
1/2 pepper
1/2 green pepper
260 gr best-quality lump crab meat
2 eggs
200 gr coarse homemade
240 ml dry wine
1 shallot
240 ml whipping cream
130 gr butter
80 gr cilantro
60 ml oil in a skillet
8 equal-size cakes
60 ml oil in
80 ml stir in cream
16 gr at a time

Instructions
