Crab Cakes With Pasilla Chili Aioli
Ingredients
130 gr shelled crab
180 ml mayonnaise
65 gr carrots
50 gr celery
12 ml lemon juice
2 slices bread
16 ml salad oil
1 cilantro sprigs
1 pasilla chili
16 ml olive oil
1 garlic clove
45 ml dry wine
60 ml chicken broth
34 gr portions crab mixture crumbs
1/2 cakes
12 nonstick frying over hea coat
12 frying combine olive oil
Instructions
