Crab Gratin

Ingredients

some coriander
6 linguine
40 gr mushrooms
16 ml lemon juice
60 ml water
24 gr flour
475 ml clam juice
30 ml additional lemon juice
120 ml wine
1 gr coriander
1 gr tarragon
1 gr black pepper
2 ml soy sauce
30 ml cream
7 gr parsley
80 gr tomatoes
190 gr crabmeat
3 gr bread crumbs preheat oven
16 ml lemon juice
32 gr put flour in
950 ml saucepan

Instructions

will be about 2.5 cups. Lightly oil a 6 cup gratin dish.Add mushrooms to the pasta. Pour half the sauce over the pasta mixture.Mix well.Scrape into gratin dish and pat linguine into a smooth layer.Gently, mix remaining sauce with crabmeat and spoon over the linguine. Sprinkle bread crumbs over top.Bake for 15 minutes or until thoroughly heated through.If the top has not browned,slip under the broiler for a brief minute.Serve directly from gratin dish. Serves 4.
