Crab Meat Bacon Rolls

Ingredients

60 ml tomato juice
1 egg well
140 gr crab meat
55 gr dry fine bread crumbs
2 gr parsley
16 ml lemon juice
1 gr salt
1 ml worcestershire sauce
9 slices bacon in

Instructions

Mix tomato juice and egg. Add crab meat, crumbs, parsley, lemon juice and seasonings; mix thoroughly. Roll into -10ºC ingers, about 5 cm long. Wrap each roll with half slice bacon; fasten with toothpick. Broil 13 cm from heat about 10 minutes, turning often to brown evenly.
