Crab Soup With Sherry

Ingredients

some salt
1 shallot
28 gr butter
3 gr flour
1,200 ml milk
1 ml worcestershire sauce
1 gr pepper
260 gr crab meat
1 egg yolk
120 ml sherry
1 whipped cream paprika

Instructions

serving with a little whipped cream, sprinkle with paprika, and serve at once.
