Crab Supreme #2

Ingredients

85 gr mushrooms
2 green onions
55 gr butter
32 gr flour
120 ml dry wine
1 ml cream
130 gr crab meat
1 parmesan cheese

Instructions

Cook mushrooms and onions in butter until tender. Blend in flour and thyme. Stir in cream or milk and stir constantly until thick and bubbly. Remove. Add wine. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Stir in crab meat. Spoon into crab shells or ramekins. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese. Bake at 190ÂșC or 15 minutes until top is slightly browned. Port Mansfield, Texas
