Crabby Quiche

Ingredients

170 gr cheddar cheese
16 gr flour
1/2 cream
4 eggs
1 package crabmeat
60 gr green onion
1 gr salt
1 gr pepper
1 unbaked pastry shell

Instructions

Mix above ingredients well. Pour mixture into pastry shell. Bake at 180ºC or 1 hour. Serves 6 people. Recipe from "One Million Recipes CD" busted by Judy R.
