Crabs With Ginger& Green Onions

Ingredients

60 ml peanut oil
525 gr live
18 gr garlic
2 gr ginger root
34 gr coarsely scallions
30 ml chinese rice wine
30 ml soy sauce
2 ml dark soy sauce
1 gr salt
60 ml chicken broth

Instructions
