Cranberry

Ingredients

13 al tavers
250 gr flour
7 gr baking powder
5 gr baking soda
1 gr salt
200 gr sugar
1 egg
120 ml orange juice
1 orange
28 gr melted butter
30 ml water
1 cranberries
120 gr coarsely walnuts

Instructions

Combine flour, baking powder, soda, salt and sugar in a large mixing bowl and set aside. Mix beaten egg with orange juice, rind, butter, and hot water. Fold flour mixture into egg mixture until blended. DO NOT BEAT. Gently fold in cranberries and walnuts. Spoon into greased 23 cm X 15 cm loaf pan, or smaller pans of choice. Bake at 160ÂșC or 60 minutes; test in center with a toothpick. Cool on rack for 15 minutes before removing from pan. ----
