Cranberry Lemon Bread
Ingredients
55 gr butter
150 gr sugar
2 eggs
4 gr lemon rind
250 gr flour
12 gr baking powder
3 gr salt
180 ml milk
140 gr cranberries
65 gr pecans
10 ml lemon juice
26 gr sugar
150 gr sugar in mixing bowl
Instructions
and sugar. Spoon over top. Wrap well. Note: Best when served the day after baking, so flavors have a chance to mingle.
