Cranberry Orange Muffins#2

Ingredients

350 gr wheat flour
1/4 oat bran
120 ml honey
9 gr baking powder
1 gr salt
5 gr baking soda
60 ml orange juice
10 ml canola oil
2 egg whites
475 ml cranberry sauce
120 ml orange juice if needed

Instructions

Preheat oven to 200ÂșC . Grease muffin tins. Combine all ingredients except half cup of orange juice in a large bowl. Mix until blended. Add extra orange juice as needed to obtain a proper batter. Fill muffin tins two third full. Bake 15-20 mins. Makes 30 medium or 18 large muffins.
