Cranberry Party Mold

Ingredients

2 packages sugar-free raspberry jello
240 ml lowfat yogurt
3 cranberries
100 gr sugar
375 gr pineapple
50 gr celery
14 gr walnuts

Instructions

Prepare gelatin according to package direcitons. Add yogurt and stir until blended. Chill until slightly thickened. Place cranberries and sweetener in a blender container. Blend until berries are chopped. Add cranberries and remaining ingredients to thickened gelatin. Spoon into a large bowl. Chill until firm. (If you wish to make this salad in a mold, use half cup less water than the directions call for).
