Crawfish Bread

Ingredients

55 gr melted butter
250 gr sifted all-purpose flour
3 eggs
3 gr salt
7 gr baking powder
240 ml milk
1 gr thyme
1 gr garlic
30 gr green onions
7 gr parsley
10 crawfish tails
1 just a little

Instructions

Preheat oven to 190ÂșC Oil and flour a 9x13x2 inch pan. In bowl mix margarine, flour and eggs. Remove lumps. Add remaining ingredients and combine. Place batter in prepared pan and bake for 30 to 40 minutes until done. (wrv)
