Cream Biscuits

Ingredients

500 gr flour
3 gr salt
16 ml cream of tartar
7 gr baking soda
55 gr butter
475 ml cream

Instructions

Sift dry ingredients. Cut in quarter cup of butter. Add the cream. Roll out on a floured board. Cut with a 5 cm cutter.
