Cream Cheese Brownies

Ingredients

180 ml water
1 stick of margarine
1 1/2 sq
230 ml cream cheese
475 gr sugar
1 egg
250 gr flour
5 gr baking soda
1 gr salt
2 eggs
120 ml sour cream
120 gr chocolate chips

Instructions

Combine water, chocolate and margarine; melt. Boil for 1 minute then remove from heat. Add combined dry ingredients then add eggs and sour cream. Mix well. Use a mixer to blend cream cheese and sugar. Add egg and mix until fluffy. Layer chocolate, cream cheese and chocolate chips in pan. Bake at 190ºC or 30 to 35 minutes. Randy Rigg
