Cream Cheese Fudge Balls

Ingredients

230 ml cream cheese softened
170 gr semisweet chocolate
160 gr vanilla wafer crumbs
1/4 preserves raspberry
1 your choice

Instructions

Combine cream cheese and chocolate, mixing well. Stir in crumbs and preserves. Chill several hours or overnight. Shape into 3 cm balls; roll in almonds, cocoa or sugar. Variation. Use butterscotch chips.
