Cream Of Broccoli Soup 4

Ingredients

1 head of broccoli
950 ml water
1 onion
1/2 bell pepper
4 celery ribs
475 ml milk
9 gr chicken base
2 chicken
2 zatarains creole seasoning
1/2 blond roux

Instructions

Chop broccoli, and put in stockpot with water; boil for 20 minutes. Add onion, bell pepper, and celery; cook for 20 minutes or until tender. Add milk, chicken servings.
