Cream Of Chicken Soup

Ingredients

16 ml vegetable oil
400 gr chicken breasts without skin boned
75 gr celery
65 gr all purpose flour
350 ml chicken broth
240 ml water
80 gr mushrooms thinly
4 gr mccormick
60 ml milk

Instructions

Instructions: Heat oil in large saucepan. Add chicken and celery and saut� until tender.

Sprinkle flour over chicken and celery and stir to mix well. Pour chicken broth and water into saucepan slowly, stirring constantly. Add remaining ingredients except milk. Heat to boil, reduce heat, cover, and simmer 30 minutes. Stir in milk and simmer just until milk is heated. Makes 6 servings, 1 cup each
