Cream Of Fresh Greens Soup

Ingredients

some paprika
90 ml olive oil
1 onion
1 head lettuce
1 bunch watercress
60 gr spinach
5,700 ml water more if needed
2 bouillon
2 slices potatoes

Instructions

2. Blend the soup in a blender and return it to the pot. Add the heavy cream and seasonings and stir well. Reheat the soup and serve hot, sprinkling some paprika on top of each serving.
