Cream Of Mushroom Soup

Ingredients

160 gr mushrooms
28 gr butter
1 onion
1 gr thyme leaves
32 gr all purpose flour
1,400 ml chicken broth
1 bay leaf
240 ml whipping cream
45 ml dry sherry
1 salt pepper
1/2 slices mushrooms
2,000 gr over high heat

Instructions
