Cream Puff Souffle With Hot Fudge Sauce

Ingredients

6 egg yolks
100 gr sugar
4 egg whites
1 few drops of lemon juice
350 ml cream
45 ml baileys irish cream
30 ml irish whiskey
250 gr bittersweet chocolate
1/2 sugar in
1 foamy

Instructions

with the cream, stirring well to blend. Pass the hot sauce at the table, to be poured over frozen souffles. ~-
