Cream Puffs With Caramel Sauce

Ingredients

55 gr butter
130 gr all purpose flour
4 eggs
150 gr sugar
32 gr cornstarch
700 ml milk
4 egg yolks
230 ml sour cream
9 gr vanilla
110 gr packed brown sugar
80 ml cream
40 gr corn syrup
14 gr butter
300 ml water
1 ml sal bring to boilin flour all at once
400 oven
240 ml mixture egg yolks

Instructions

(mixture may appear curdled). Cook and stir for 2 minutes more. Remove from heat. Stir in butter and vanilla. Cool slightly and spoon over filled cream puffs.
