Creamy Carob Squares

Ingredients

130 gr am wheat pastry flour
1/2 am oat bran
1/2 am oat flakes
60 gr slivered almonds
180 gr am sesame tahini
16 gr rice syrup
30 ml water
250 gr tofu
60 gr ricotta cheese
1/2 carob powder
160 gr maple syrup
4 gr vanilla
1 gr almond extract
1/2 crumb mixture in an oiled

Instructions

remaining crumb mixture. Bake at 180ÂșC . for 30-35 minutes or until golden. Cool and cut into squares. SUGGESTION: If crumb mixture does not stick together, add a little oil.
