Creamy Chicken Quiche

Ingredients

230 gr butter
2 stick
32 gr flour
20 gr parmesan
2 gr paprika
30 ml water
80 gr mushrooms
280 gr chicken
1 green onion bunch
3 eggs
3 gr salt
350 ml cream
120 gr swiss cheese

Instructions

Pastry: Use all the ingredients to make a 25 cm pie crust. Bake 5 minutes ate 400 degrees. Cool. Filling: Saute mushrooms in butter. Add chicken and green onions. Saute five minutes. Add to pie shell. Blend eggs, salt and cream together. Pour into pie shell. Sprinkle cheese over top. Bake 50 minutes at 350 degrees. Serves 6.
