Creamy Cocoa Cheesecake

Ingredients

100 gr graham cracker crumbs
38 gr sugar
40 gr margarine
450 ml cream cheese
150 gr sugar
28 gr cocoa
8 gr vanilla
2 eggs
240 ml sour cream
26 gr sugar

Instructions

Combine crumbs; sugar, and margarine; press onto bottom and sides of 23 cm springform pan.Combine softened cream cheese, sugar, cocoa and vanilla, mixing on electric mixer until well blended. Blend in eggs; pour into crust. Bake at 375* for 30 minutes. Combine sour cream, sugar and vanilla; carefully spread over cheesecake. Bake at 425*, 10 minutes. Loosen cake from rim of pan.
