some salt and pepper 120 ml mayonnaise 50 gr coarsely cucumber 2 gr lemon peel 10 ml squeezed lemon juice 1 gr dill weed
Instructions
In a small bowl, combine mayonnaise or sald dressing, cucmber, lemon peel, lemon juice and dill weed. Seson to taste with salt and pepper. Serve over broiled, poached or fried fish.
