Creamy Lemon Pie

Ingredients

1 graham crackercrust
3 egg yolks
400 ml sweetened condensed milk
120 ml lemon juice concentrate
1 whipped topping

Instructions

Preheat oven to 180ÂșC . Beat egg yolks then stir in sweetened condensed milk ; lemon juice, and yellow food coloring (if desired). Pour into graham cracker crust or baked normal crust. Bake 8 minutes. Cool then chill. Spread with whipped topping. Annette Thompson.
