Creamy Noodles & Beef Casserole **

Ingredients

55 gr noodles
700 gr beef
1 onion
3 gr salt
1 gr pepper
425 ml tomato sauce
450 ml cream cheese
120 gr cottage cheese
60 ml sour cream
40 gr green onion

Instructions

Parmesan cheese Cook noodles to desired doneness; drain. Brown ground beef; drain. Simmer ground beef, onion, salt, pepper and tomato sauce. Cream the cream cheese, cottage cheese and sour cream together. Add chopped green onions. Pour over noodles and mix well. Layer noodles and ground beef mixture in casserole dish. Top with grated parmesan cheese and bake at 180ºC for 30-40 minutes. ----
