700 ml beef stock
700 ml broth
240 ml whipping cream
26 gr butter at
120 gr blue cheese crumbled
1 onion
30 ml wine dry
8 slices french bread baguette
1/2 for soup melt butter in saucepan over hea onions

2 day
5/8 butter with cheese in bowl u ntil smooth
1 reheat soup over low heat if necessary
