Creamy Orange Cheesecake

Ingredients

160 gr graham cracker crumbs
5 gr unsweetened dutch-processed -cocoa
14 gr sugar
20 ml vegetable oil
350 gr cottage cheese
350 ml cream cheese
350 ml sour cream
300 gr sugar
120 ml orange juice concentrate
80 gr nonfat dry milk powder
2 eggs
3 egg whites
9 gr vanilla extract
1 gr salt
9 springform with nonstick
1 crust mixture
2 up the sides of the springform

Instructions

refrigerate for at least 4 hours. To remove the cheesecake from the pan, first run a thin knife around the edge. Loosen clasp and lift away sides. Use a sharp, wet knife to cut the cake. Wipe the knife clean and then wet it again before cutting each slice, if necessary.
