Creamy Vegetable Soup

Ingredients

1 onion
55 gr butter
5 potatoes
3 zucchini
1 broccoli
1,900 ml stock
3 garlic
1 package corn
3/4 kernels
2 gr celery seed
2 gr cumin
6 gr salt
3 gr pepper
475 ml cream

Instructions

Place all ingredients in a 4 to 5 litre crockpot except the cream. Cook on the low setting 6 to 8 hours or until sweet potatoes are tender.

Ten minutes before serving, add the cream, if using. Heat through and serve.
