Creative Cranberry Jell

Ingredients

4 size
475 ml boiling water
240 ml cranberry juice
450 ml berry cran berry sauce
240 ml fat-free sour cream
30 gr walnuts
1 package gelatin in bowl
240 ml boiling water until gelatin is dissolved

240 ml boiling water

Instructions

When first layer is firm, spread second layer on top and refrigerate until set, at least 1 hour. Cut into squares before serving. Makes 8 to 10 servings. This recipe is virtually fat-free since the only fat in it is from the walnuts.
