Creole Chicken Wings With Peach Mustard Sauce

Ingredients

800 gr chicken wings
4 garlic
10 ml dry mustard
5 gr paprika
2 gr thyme
4 gr granulated sugar
3 gr cayenne pepper
1 gr salt
1 gr black pepper
60 ml lemon juice
100 gr peach jam
16 ml dijon mustard
2 pimiento
5 ml cider vinegar
475 oven

Instructions
