Creole Steak Strips

Ingredients

400 gr round steak
1 salt and pepper
1 onion
100 gr celery
240 ml seasoned tomato juice
10 ml worcestershire sauce
1 gr garlic powder
1 green pepper
1 package mushrooms
1 carrot curls

Instructions

Cut steak into strips, about 1 cm wide and 5 cm long. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Place in crockpot with onion, celery, tomato juice, worcestershire sauce and garlic powder. Cover and cook on Low for 6-8 hours.

Turn control to High. Add green pepper and partially thawed okra and mushrooms. Cover and cook on High for 30 minutes until okra is done. Garnish with carrot curls, if desired.
