Crepes With Fresh Berry Sauce

Ingredients

3 eggs
1 gr salt
16 ml cream sherry
600 gr blueberies
60 ml cream sherry
85 gr all purpose flour
14 gr sugar
240 ml milk
7 crepes
50 gr berries for
30 ml sauce

Instructions

and top with a small dollop of whipped cream. Garnish with a fresh berry. Serves 4 to 6.
